PAYMENT: By clicking Pay Now reject or challenge such amount charged on my credit card to pay for travel, tours, airfare and\or other related services for the passengers identified above. I also declare that I am aware that restrictions may apply to the services purchased and that I am satisfied that such restrictions have been explained. I understand and agree that Your Travel Agency LLC. accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur in connection with these services. I the cardholder takes full responsibility for the charges on the account described above.
AIR: Flights are subject to airline schedules. Flight times, flight numbers, equipment, gates, and seats are subject to change without notice. For the most current information, frequently check the airline website once your tickets are issued.
GROUND/TRANSFERS: Transfers and ground transportation by Deluxe Air-conditioned motor coaches for the entire tour, Plus transport from and to the airport.
HOTELS: Priced based on two persons sharing a room with a private bath and shower. A limited number of single rooms are available at regular supplement prices. All Hotels are 4-Star.
SIGHTSEEING: As and wherever indicated on the itinerary, including the services of English-speaking guides as well as entrance fees to all places of interest listed in your itinerary.
PORTERAGE: Fees for the porterage of one piece of baggage per person not to exceed 50lbs, in connection with all transfers and at airports throughout the entire itinerary are included. An overnight bag may also be carried, provided it remains in the possession of the passenger at all times. This bag, although carried personally, is considered part of your total luggage allowance.
SERVICE CHARGES AND TAXES: Service charges as required by hotel management and taxes as imposed by national and/or local governments and/or governments and/or administrations (wherever these are normally added to the bill.) on the date of this brochure are included.
NOT INCLUDED: Excess baggage fees, passport fees, visa fees if applicable, lunches, items of a personal nature such as in-room service, laundry, etc., soft drinks, beverages that are not on the regular table d’hote menu, trip or baggage insurance. Any service whatsoever not indicated in the itinerary and/or the above list of included features.
FARES AND RATES: All fares and rates are based on tariff and rate sheets issued by carriers, sightseeing operators, and hotels in effect at the present date, as well as upon the present rate of conversion of foreign currencies into the United States dollars. Therefore, all said rates and fares are subject to change without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY: ( All Cancelation Fees are waived )
Deposits and other payments are refundable in full up to sixty days before departure. After this date, refunds for unused accommodations and services will be limited to the amount received from and/or credited by all carriers, sightseeing operators, and hotels, Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is not included in the purchase price.
RESPONSIBILITY: The Tour Leader referred to as the operator, acts only as an agent for the owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other services and all such means of transportation or other services offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions that the tour leader, Your Travel Agency, and/or operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way, in connection with such means of transportation or other services, or for any loss, injury or damage in respect of any person or property howsoever, caused or arising. If the Tour Leader, Your Travel Agency, and/or the operator make it desirable or necessary to change or cancel for non-payment, the travel plan or program, such change or cancellation may be made. Additional expenses, if any, caused hereby shall be borne by the passenger, and in the case of a decrease in cost, the Tour Leader, Your Travel Agency, and/or operator will refund to the passenger an amount equal and limited to the decrease. Although the owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other services will take all possible care of passenger’s baggage and belongings entrusted to their care, the Tour Leader, Your Travel Agency, and/or operator does not in any way accept responsibility in the event of loss or injury thereto. Passports must be valid and not expire at least six months or more from the return home date.
